Bellevue Creek Trestle, Myra Canyon Cycle Tour

This tour begins with pick-up in Kelowna. We transport to the trailhead above Kelowna to begin this cycle tour. There are 2 options for the length of this ride. The tour can be either 24 km or 32 km in length. We will see the largest, tallest trestle in the Kelowna area. The Bellevue Creek trestle is 238 metres long and 65 metres high. We will cycle along the Kettle Valley Rail Trail to Myra Canyon. We will see Trestle #1, which was spared from the wildfire of 2003. We will explore a rock oven the workers used during the building of the trail. Final we will see the ruins of Trestle #2. Then we return to the van for transport to optional lunch. We can stop for a gourmet lunch at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. After lunch we can do a wine tasting before we finish the tour. Tour is discounted if lunch is not wanted.
