Flora and Fauna Cycle Tour
This tour begins with pick-up at your location and transport
to the Kelowna Land and Orchard Company, formed in 1904. We
tour the orchard on our bikes before we continue our leisurely
cycle.
We will see many orchards and valley views along our scenic
and informative cycle. We will stop for a break and snack
at the Father Pandosy Mission, the first white settlement
site in the Okanagan.
Our route takes us down the Mission Creek Greenway Path.
In late Sept. to early Oct. you will have a chance to see
the Kokanee (fresh-water Salmon) spawning. We will also stop
at a heritage park and bird sanctuary. Tour distance 24km.
