Canada Trail Cycling
7 Nights, 8 Days From Beaverdell to Otter Lake.
Day One: Clients arrive the day before we start
cycling. We pick-up at the Kelowna Airport, then transport
to your accommodations at McCulloch Lake Resort. We have
an orientation dinner. Waivers and Medical forms will be
filled out. Relax, the riding begins tomorrow!
Day Two: We have a tasty breakfast then start the
ride of 53 kilometres from McCulloch Lake to Beaverdell.
Today is a gradual downhill ride. The backcountry riding
is very peaceful. We stop at Arlington Lake for lunch. After
lunch, and maybe a relaxing swim, we continue our cycle.
We will pass by the Carmi Mine , staked in 1896 and operated
until 1939.We arrive in Beaverdell. Then back to McCulloch.
Day Three: We have a good breakfast and then transport
to our trailhead for today’s ride. Our 21 km cycle
begins with a ride to the Bellevue Creek Trestle, a 238
metre long and 65 metre high metal trestle. Then we cycle
through the burn of 2003. The valley views begin today,
so have your camera ready! We have lunch on the trail, then
we cycle to Chute Lake Resort. Take time to explore the
artifacts in the museum. Maybe you can find a souvenir?
Dinner than relax for the evening.
Day Four: After breakfast in the lodge we begin
our 44 km cycle to Penticton. Today’s ride is more
downhill, taking in fabulous valley and lake views. We will
stop at Hillside Estate Winery for lunch. After lunch we
cycle to the S.S. Sicamous, this vessel was used by the
C.P.R. to connect to the rest of the valley. We do a tour
and then have dinner before we go to our accommodations
at God’s Mtn. Crest Chalet overlooking Skaha Lake.
Relax and enjoy this unique spot.
Day
Five: After a buffet breakfast at God’s Mtn. we
transport to our starting spot for today’s ride. We
do a bit of wine touring today, working our way south to
the wine capital of Canada, Oliver B.C. We will cycle 40kms
of the backroads today as we explore the fur brigade trail
that was used by early settlers to the region. We will have
lunch at Hawthorn Mtn. Vineyards and then continue our ride
to Tinhorn Creek Vineyards in Oliver. We have dinner in
Oliver before we return to our accommodations at God’s
Mtn.
Day Six: We have breakfast then transport to Osprey
Lake Station for the beginning of today’s ride. We
pass by 3 lakes and go over 2 trestles and through 1 tunnel
on today’s 48 kilometre cycle. We stop at Chain Lake
for lunch, then continue the ride to the Princeton Castle
Resort, our accommodations for the next 2 nights. Get settled
in before dinner is served. After dinner take a nice hike
around the property, the castle is a step back to medieval
times.
Day Seven: We have breakfast before we begin our
cycle of 30km. We will go through a 324 metre tunnel and
over several trestles today. The ride is beautiful along
the Tulameen River. We will have lunch on the trail. The
ride ends at Otter Lake, Tulameen B.C. We then return to
the Prince Castle Resort. Dinner then relax. Good Night!
Day Eight:
After breakfast we transport to Kelowna or Kelowna Airport for your departure.

All participants must fill out Medical form and Waiver before
tour departs.
